What are the maintenance methods and precautions for LED high bay lights?
1. After purchasing LED lamps, don’t rush to install them first, read the installation instructions carefully, and then install the lamps according to the installation instructions, otherwise there may be danger;
2. Do not change the structure of the lamp during cleaning and maintenance, and do not change the parts of the lamp at will. After maintenance, the lamp should be installed as it is, and no missing or wrong parts of the lamp should be installed;
3. Try not to switch frequently when using lamps. Although the switch resistance of LED industrial and mining lamps is about 18 times that of ordinary fluorescent lamps, too frequent will still affect the life of electronic components inside LED industrial and mining lamps, thereby affecting the life of lamps;
4. Special attention should be paid to the fact that, except for special LED high bay lights, ordinary LED lamps should be avoided in humid environments. Humid environments will affect the electronic components of the LED high bay light drive power supply. The electronic components will be damp and the life of the lamps will be shortened. Therefore, moisture-proof is the key to lighting maintenance to prevent moisture intrusion, avoid rust damage or leakage short circuit;
5. Finally, it is best not to wash the LED high bay light with water, just wipe it with a dry cloth dampened with water. If you accidentally touch the water, try to dry it as much as possible. Do not wipe it with a wet cloth immediately after turning on the light.
